So, we want to expand our sales team with some new talent, who want to win big with us. 

We’re looking to hire a hungry, modest, and clever Appointment Setter to arrange appointments and deliver exceptional customer service to potential clients. Your role will be a mixture of both inbound & outbound sales calls for people interested in learning more about how we turn leads into appointments.

We make sure that all our Team members are well equipped to be successful by offering the following: Laptop Cellphone WIFI Tool Kit Gas Card Paid Training Health Vision/Dental, and Supplemental Accident insurance. A company provided vehicle after specific goals are achieved. Responsibilities: Help customers that call in for roof help, including company-generated lead appointments that are set up for you. Network and build relationships to expand business with new clients and develop your own referral partners. Generate sales by completing prospecting and marketing activities set forth by management. Maximize territory performance. Prepare and execute a daily sales plan. Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing clients. Qualifications: At least 2 years of Sales experience in any field. Construction or industrial sales experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills. Able to build and maintain relationships. (networking) Ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in growing market share. Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve. Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential. Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities. Strong desire to move up within the company.
